Our goal is to maintain this site as a source for Civic Community announcements, road information, and other facets of living in the area.

Having this information on the Internet can help inform Community residents in a more timely manner than the newsletter allows. We'll also be including some articles and links to things that we think are of interest to our way of life in Pacific Beach and Pacific Center. We'll be including all the activity information, meeting dates, local information as we hear about it.

Pacific Center is a small community within the limits of a coastal town Pacific Beach.

Known as "Washington's Best Kept Secret" Pacific Beach has the charm of an old American village and miles of Pacific coastline. The Village with its unique shops, including many sidewalk shops, restaurants and romantic hotels, is just a short walk from the beach. With its beauty and serenity, Pacific Beach may be one of the most picturesque coastal communities in Pacific North West and Pacific Center is none the less its jewel.

Pacific Center was founded in 1969 by the developer Dewey Whittaker and is situated on 50 acres of evergreens and grass with the roaring sound of ocean in all its corners. The neighborhood of Pacific Center consists of about 243 tracts, 156 owners. There are about 50 homes in the community with new permanent residents joining every month - welcome to our small paradise!
